• Two Farmers – Producers of delicious hand-cooked crisps using potatoes that are grown, harvested, stored, cooked and packed using renewable energy that we generate on our farm in Herefordshire. Two Farmers crisps showcase some of the best flavours that Herefordshire has to offer.
• Sixteen Ridges Vineyard – All of our wines are produced at our winery in the historic town of Ledbury. Here our multi-award-winning Pinot Noir, used in our sparkling and much sought after red wines, thrive.
• Franks Luxury Biscuits – With Frank’s, quality has always come first which is why everything is hand-baked, using only the finest natural ingredients.
• Once Upon A Tree – From the humble beginnings of our story in 2007, when Once Upon a Tree was born in the cold outbuildings at Dragon Orchard; we have evolved to multi-award-winning craft drinks producer, BBC Radio 4 Food & Farming “Drinks Producer of the Year”, Overall Champion Trophy at the International Cider & Perry Competition, and winner of the Bath & West Champion Perry Trophy.
• Willy’s – Willy’s story started with the humble potato. Today, it’s all about 48 wild apple varieties grown at Willy’s Herefordshire farm and fermented into Live Apple Cider Vinegar.
• Penrhos Distillery – Penrhos is a family-run business that cares about its customers. We grow and harvest fruit and crops grown specifically for the production of our amazing Gin and Liqueur.
• Sue Gilmour’s Wonderful World of Chocolate Bars – Sue Gilmour is a small UK-based chocolate company built around Sue’s passion for chocolate. She believes in delicious chocolate, enhanced with herbs, spices and oils, all covered in a beautiful wrapper.
• James Gourmet Coffee – James Gourmet Coffee is a small family company hidden away in the small market town of Ross-on-Wye. The team is small but dedicated to the production of high-quality speciality coffee.
• Mama’s Fudge – Mama’s Fudge is a Herefordshire based family business that specialises in fabulously moreish luxury homemade fudge. A business born from love and therapeutic baking, we wanted to bring the taste sensation to all who desire a bit of indulgence. Our artisan fudge is Vegetarian, mostly Gluten-Free, handmade the traditional way and will thrill each and every taste bud.

• Myrtle’s Kitchen – Myrtle’s Kitchen believes in sourcing locally produced whenever possible and ethically sourced products without comprising flavour. Myrtle’s Kitchen has a range of jams, marmalades and chutneys with distinct flavours that will have your taste buds dancing.
• The Black Bee Honey Company – Our award-winning honey comes from multiple sources. Bees are placed throughout the county and Welsh borders and this ensures diversity. Forage for bees from different sources makes for interesting taste sensations throughout the year.
